Terri Rene' Slattery is the Office Manager for Maxine and Marti Gellens. Terri Rene' is responsible for making sure all of the workings of the office run smoothly. In addition to running Maxine and Marti's office, she also oversees all of the escrows, writes offers and counter offers, helps negotiate between buyer and seller and is the primary go-to person for all of your needs. She has been with Maxine and Marti Gellens for over 12 years.
Jennifer Sase
Jennifer Sase is the Listing Coordinator for Maxine and Marti Gellens. She oversees the listings from start to finish, orders photography for properties once listed, shows property and acts as contact for sellers in the beginning stages of marketing their home. Jennifer has been with Maxine and Marti Gellens for over 4 years.
Mia Sherman
Mia Sherman is the Escrow and Transaction Coordinator for Maxine and Marti Gellens. Mia acts as a liaison between buyer, seller and agent in the escrow transaction, making sure that all paperwork pertaining to the sale is signed and executed in order to close escrow. Mia also shows the beautiful homes we have listed. Mia has been with Maxine and Marti Gellens for over 2 years.

She writes copy and selects the photos for lthe magazines in which they advertise their listings, such as San Diego Magazine, Unique Homes, Dream Homes, Ranch & Coast and Premier Lifestyles. In addition, she manages press releases concerning events, awards & general information about Maxine & Marti Gellens.
Peter Neuschwander
Peter Neuschwander is the main showing agent for Maxine and Marti Gellens. In addition to showing the many listings we have, he also accommodates physical and termite inspections, appraisals and walk throughs when properties go into escrow. Peter has been with Maxine and Marti Gellens for 2 years.

Myles Cooper is one of the Buyer’s Agents for Maxine and Marti Gellens. He specializes in representing buyers for coastal residences and land for development. Myles has extensive experience in representing buyers for custom homes in La Jolla, Del Mar and Mission Beach. Myles previous experiences include over 18 years as Project Manager on civil engineering,surveying and land planning projects.
