Beach Barber Community Info

The Beach Barber area of La Jolla is an interesting mix of home styles, all within easy walking distance of the beach. Some local La Jolla shops and restaurants.

Homes:
Prices for homes start at around $950,000 for about 1,000 square feet to the east of La Jolla Boulevard. Homes to the west of the Boulevard significantly higher, anything on the ocean is in the millions (2 or 3 plus).

Condos:
Some small developments plus Villa La Jolla (2 blocks to the beach) prices from $350,000 for a one bedroom 713 sq ft unit up to $600,000 for 989 sq ft..
Beaches:
Windnsea beach is world renowned and very popular with surfers. Not recommended for swimmers due to a powerful shore break.
