A popular residential area with some superb views from the slopes of the hill overlooking La Jolla Shores (very reminiscent of the Mediterranean!). This area is popular for the easy freeway and University access.
Homes:
Homes in the Cliffridge area were built from the 1960′s onwards and typically sell for about $1,250,000 to $2,000,000 for 3/4 bedroom 2 bath 1,700 to 3,500 sq ft. Those on the hill with a view of the North Shore will sell from at least $2,000,000 and up.
Condos:
Available in La Jolla Shores Heights with 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans in the $650,000 to $800,000 range and La Jolla Woods, large detached 3/4 bedroom homes selling for around $1,100,000 plus. Caminito Coromandel offers 2,799 to 3,000 sq ft homes from around $1,000,000.
