This year La Jolla was again named the most expensive housing market in the US. We were even ranked above Beverly Hills.

La Jolla is such a desirable place to live. It is located right on the Pacific Ocean, has beautiful, warm weather year round, is home to wonderful restaurants, shopping, art, what more could you want? How about a racetrack? Well that’s in nearby Del Mar. Fabulous vacations spots? Guess what, you’re already in one, and you’re surrounded by more beautiful and interesting places that aren’t too far off like Palm Springs, Mexico, Las Vegas, Los Angeles (that would be more so interesting than beautiful…)
