Low Tide Ride and Stride Races By Coronado Homes
The Low Tide Ride and Stride sponsored by the Coronado Rotary Club will be held on Sunday, June 19th. The 8.2 mile course along the beach will begin at the YMCA Camp Surf, located at Seacoast Drive and Carnation Avenue in Imperial Beach at 8 a.m. for bicyclists and 8:05 a.m. for runners and walkers. The finish line will be at Sunset Park, located at the corner of Ocean Boulevard and Ocean Drive in Coronado, near your Coronado home. This is a great opportunity for residents who live in Coronado to get some exercise and support San Diego military wounded warrior programs. All racers will receive a Low Tide Ride and Stride shirt and every child will earn a participant’s ribbon. Three prizes will be awarded in each adult category. If you would like to register on the day of the event, come early as registration will begin at 6:30 a.m. The day of event adult registration costs $35 and youth registration in $15.
